  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 small can tiny shrimp, washed and drained
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 4 spring onions, sliced thin
  • 1/4 green pepper, sliced thin
  • 4 c. shredded cabbage (very thin)
  • 1/3 c. cooking sherry
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce

    Heat through until thick.

    Add pepper and garlic salt to taste.

    Cool completely before wrapping mixture in egg roll skins and seal rolls with egg yolk.

    Deep-fry in wok.
