  • 4 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 c. chopped chicken breasts
  • 1 can diced water chestnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • egg roll wrappers

Directions

    In a large skillet or wok, combine oil, cabbage, chicken and water chestnuts.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Cook on high heat until mixture bubbles, then turn heat on low and add soy sauce.

    Cook for 5 minutes; drain and cool.
