- 1 pkg. egg roll skins
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 medium onion, chopped up
- 5 stalks celery, chopped up (can use more)
- 1 small can bean sprouts (optional)
- 1 head cabbage (small), chopped
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 small piece ginger root
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Mix brown sugar into thawed out ground beef well.

2Now brown ground beef in a pan; add salt, pepper and garlic powder.

3Drain and remove the ground beef; keep the drippings in pan.

4Now cook the cabbage in the drippings until transparent.

5Remove; drain. Sprinkle flour on the cabbage.

6Keep some of the drippings in pan. Put ginger root into pan; let simmer in drippings for a few seconds to flavor.

7Put celery and onions in and cook until a little tender; drain.

8Now mix all ingredients together (bean sprouts optional).
