  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 can Chinese vegetables
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1 lb. cooked chicken or other meat
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch with enough water to make paste
  • egg roll wraps

Directions

    Stir-fry cabbage, Chinese vegetables, bean sprouts, carrots and green onion until crisp, not well done.

    Mix with meat chopped fine (or ground).

    Place small amount in egg roll center.

    Fold over, sealing sides with cornstarch paste.

    Seal loose ends.

    Deep fry.
