- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 can Chinese vegetables
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 3 carrots, diced
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1 lb. cooked chicken or other meat
- 1 tsp. cornstarch with enough water to make paste
- egg roll wraps
Directions

1Stir-fry cabbage, Chinese vegetables, bean sprouts, carrots and green onion until crisp, not well done.

2Mix with meat chopped fine (or ground).

3Place small amount in egg roll center.

4Fold over, sealing sides with cornstarch paste.

5Seal loose ends.

6Deep fry.
