- 8 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. bottled chili sauce (Heinz)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients.

2Blend together cream cheese, mayonnaise, chili sauce, salt and pepper.

3Add to egg mixture. Mix well.

4Makes 4 cups.

5Serve as sandwich filling or mound on lettuce cups for luncheon salad.
