Ingredients

  • 8 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. bottled chili sauce (Heinz)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients.

    Blend together cream cheese, mayonnaise, chili sauce, salt and pepper.

    Add to egg mixture. Mix well.

    Makes 4 cups.

    Serve as sandwich filling or mound on lettuce cups for luncheon salad.
