- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash of cayenne pepper
Directions

1Cut up the eggs coarsely.

2Add celery, grated onion, seasonings and mayonnaise.

3Mix lightly.

4Serve in lettuce cups. Garnish with strips of pimento, chopped parsley and stuffed olives.
