  • 4 1/2 to 6 tsp red wine vinegar
  • Pepper to taste
  • 3 ribs celery, finely chopped
  • 24 pitted green or ripe olives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Creole mustard
  • 1/2 to 2/3 cup mayonnaise
