- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard powder
- salt
- black pepper
Directions

1Place eggs in saucepan of salted cold water and bring to a boil.

2Once boiling cover with lid and remove from heat.

3Let stand for 14 minutes.

4Rinse eggs with cold water then peel and finely chop.

5Mix together mayonnaise and dry mustard powder.

6Stir into eggs.

7Add salt and pepper to taste.

8Serve and enjoy.
