- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons celery, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 scallions, finely sliced, white and pale green parts
- 1/2 tsp zest and 1.5 tsp fresh juice from one lemon
- Few dashes hot-pepper sauce
- Salt and pepper
