  • 9 slices bread, trimmed
  • 8 eggs
  • 3/4 Tbsp. pepper
  • 3/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 roll sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

    Put slices of bread in greased casserole.

    Pour eggs, milk, pepper and mustard over bread.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Saute sausage, onion and mushrooms.

    Bake eggs and bread at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Add sausage.

    Layer cheeses and chips.
