- 2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
Directions

1Place croutons in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Drain and crumble.

6Mix together milk, soup, eggs and mustard.
