  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 3 c. seasoned croutons (1 box)
  • 2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms

    Place croutons in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Brown sausage.

    Drain and crumble.

    Spread over croutons.

    Sprinkle cheese next.

    Mix together milk, soup, eggs and mustard.

    Pour over sausage and croutons.

    Saute mushrooms, arranging on top.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
