  • yellow food coloring
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 pkg yeast
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs + yolk from egg below, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cup scalded milk
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • approx. 6 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • for glaze:
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • sesame seeds
