- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions

1Break eggs into bowl, remove white thingie.

2Beat eggs well.

3Put water into small bowl.

4Add corn starch.

5Mix well.

6Add corn starch mixture to eggs.

7Heat pan.
-
8Add oil & use paper towel to wipe around & remove excess from pan.

9Pour 1/2 of egg mixture into pan, making sure it is evenly spread.

10Loosen edges of egg.
-
11Remove from heat.
-
12Flip.
-
13Add back to heat for ~10-15 seconds.
-
14Remove from heat.
-
15Store in freezer for up to one week.
-
16Repeat with other half of egg mixture.
