- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 lb. mild sausage
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Crumble and lightly brown sausage. Drain off grease and blot between paper towels.

2Beat eggs.

3Add milk, salt and mustard. Add cubed bread and stir. Add cheese and sausage.

4Place in refrigerator in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish overnight or at least 6 hours. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
