- 8 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Layer bread and cheese in glass baking dish (ending with cheese).

2Mix eggs, mustard, milk, salt and pepper.

3Pour over layered bread and cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

4Prepare and refrigerate overnight.
