  • 6 slices bread, buttered and cubed
  • 8 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Layer bread and cheese in glass baking dish (ending with cheese).

    Mix eggs, mustard, milk, salt and pepper.

    Pour over layered bread and cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Prepare and refrigerate overnight.
