Ingredients
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 onion, grated
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
- 1 tomato, sliced thin
Directions

1Beat eggs in mixer.

2Blend flour, salt and baking powder.

3Add cheese, margarine and everything else except tomato.

4Cook in greased pan.

5Put tomato on top and cook for 40 minutes or until brown.

6Let settle out of oven for about 5 minutes.

7Great for brunch.

8Makes 15 or more servings.
