- 3 c. cubed French bread
- 3 c. ham (1 1/2 lb.), cubed
- 3 c. cubed cheese
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Butter a large casserole and make three layers each as follows:

21 cup bread crumbs, 1 cup cubed ham and 1 cup cheese. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour and 1 tablespoon butter and repeat.

3Blend eggs, milk, mustard and pepper.

4Pour over casserole mixture of bread, ham and cheese.

5Chill 4 hours or overnight.

6Bake at 350° for one hour.

7Serve with tossed green salad, roll and dessert.
