  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb. cheese, shredded (Cheddar)

Directions

    Pat hash browns into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 10 minutes.

    Brown sausage and onion and put over hash browns.

    Beat eggs, milk, salt, nutmeg, parsley and pour over.

    Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
