  • 3 egg whites
  • 14 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon skim milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch turmeric

Directions

    Beat egg whites lightly with a fork.

    Stir in milk, milk powder, oil and turmeric, beating until well blended.

    Stire on covered container for up to one week, refrigerated.

    Makes 90 mL (slightly over 1/3 cup).
