- 1 lb tofu, firm plain
- 12 cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 celery ribs, finely diced
- 12 cup mayonnaise (Nayonnaise)
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 34 teaspoons turmeric
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Crumble tofu into a bowl.

2Add onion and celery and stir into crumbled tofu.

3In separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, turmeric, salt and pepper.

4Add dressing to tofu and mix well to combine.

5Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
