Directions

2Add milk and cook over hot water until thick and coats spoon, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

3Add vanilla.

4Whip cream and egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar separately and fold into cooled milk mixture.

5Add nutmeg to taste.
