  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 quart light cream
  • 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
  • nutmeg

    Beat eggs & vanilla until light & foamy.

    Gradually beat in sugar & salt until thick.

    Stir in cream & chill for a couple hours before serving.

    Top with fresh ground nutmeg to serve.
