- 12 to 15 eggs, separate whites and yolks
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/5 bottle 100 proof
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- whole milk (as much as desired)
- small amount of salt
- nutmeg
Directions

1Beat egg yolks in large bowl until light colored.

2Add to yolks the sugar and beat until sugar dissolves.

3Add 100 proof slowly to egg yellows.

4While beating, add whipping cream (without beating). Add whole milk (as much as desired).

5Beat egg whites stiff and add a small amount of salt.

6Pour egg whites on top of yolk mixture and cut in.

7Sprinkle nutmeg on top of each glass as your serve it. Drink and be merry.
