  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 8 egg yolks

    Beat egg whites; add sugar;

    beat egg yolks until light in color and fluffy.

    Fold egg

    yolks into egg white mixture. Fold in bourbon.

    Beat whipping cream; fold into egg mixture. Serve immediately with nutmeg on top of each glass.
