- 1/2 pt. peach brandy
- 1 pt. cognac
- 1/2 pt. rum
- 3 pt. milk (we like to add more milk)
- 1 pt. cream
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Beat yolks until foamy.

3Slowly add liquor and sugar.

4Let sit 1 hour.

5Beat egg whites until stiff.

6Fold egg mixture, milk, cream and egg whites together.

7Top with nutmeg; serve.
