  • 12 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 pt. peach brandy
  • 1 pt. cognac
  • 1/2 pt. rum
  • 3 pt. milk (we like to add more milk)
  • 1 pt. cream

Directions

    Separate eggs.

    Beat yolks until foamy.

    Slowly add liquor and sugar.

    Let sit 1 hour.

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Fold egg mixture, milk, cream and egg whites together.

    Top with nutmeg; serve.
