- 1 quart eggnog
- 2 14 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup heavy cream
Directions

1Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup water in a microwave safe bowl, let stand until softened, 5 minutes.

2Heat in microwave for about 10 seconds, stir until completely dissolved.

3Meanwhile, whisk or beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.

4Set aside.

5Place eggnog in a large bowl and add dissolved gelatin and vanilla.

6Whisk until well combined.

7Whisk in 1/3 of the whipped cream into eggnog mixture.

8Carefully fold in remaining cream.

9Divide mixture into serving cups and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
