- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup eggnog
- 12 cup butter (melted )
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons rum extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Grease bottom of bread pan.

3Beat eggs, add sugar, eggnog, butter, rum and vanilla.

4Blend well, add flour, baking powder and nutmeg.

5Stir until just moistened.

6Pour into greased pan.

7Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

8Cool 10 minutes.

9Remove from pan.

10Cool bread completely before slicing.
