- 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 8 oz. eggnog
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. rum
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Generously grease and flour Bundt pan or two 10-inch pans. Sprinkle nuts on bottom of prepared pans (about 2 teaspoons in each individual pan; set aside.

2Heat oven to 325°.

3Put dry cake mix in a large bowl and add eggnog, oil and eggs.

4Add rum and nutmeg and beat for 2 minutes.

5Pour batter in prepared pans. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

6Use a cream cheese icing for cake.
