- 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 stick butter or 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine
- 3 or 4 oz. cream cheese
- 3 or 4 slices Velveeta, each 1/4-inch thick
- 1/2 c. or more Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning stuffing
Directions

1Cook spinach according to directions, drain thoroughly.

2In separate pan, melt 1/2 stick butter, cream cheese and Velveeta. Mix in spinach.

3Put in casserole dish.

4Melt remaining butter in pan and mix in stuffing and put on top.

5Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.
