Spinach Casserole

  • 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1 stick butter or 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine
  • 3 or 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 or 4 slices Velveeta, each 1/4-inch thick
  • 1/2 c. or more Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning stuffing

Directions

    Cook spinach according to directions, drain thoroughly.

    In separate pan, melt 1/2 stick butter, cream cheese and Velveeta. Mix in spinach.

    Put in casserole dish.

    Melt remaining butter in pan and mix in stuffing and put on top.

    Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.
