- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 to 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. whipping cream (do not use substitute)
- 2 to 3 tsp. rum or orange flavoring
Directions

1In order given, measure ingredients into large mixer bowl. Blend 1/2 minute at low speed and 3 minutes at medium speed.

2Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

3Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan immediately.

4Serve with Fruit Sauce (recipe follows).
