  • 2 whole Ripe Avocados
  • 1/2 whole Small Red Onion, Finely Chopped, Or Up To Twice The Amount, To Taste
  • 2 whole Small Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 1 whole Lime, Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 bunch Cilantro Leaves, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 dash Kosher Salt To Taste
  • 1 dash Black Pepper To Taste

Directions

    Slice each avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.

    Scoop avocado flesh into a medium-sized bowl and reserve the skins.

    Add remaining ingredients to the avocado and combine with a fork to desired consistency.

    Spoon guacamole back into the skins, creating a bowl for each guest.

    Serves 4 with avocado bowls, but there will be more left over!
