Eggnog Fruit Dip Recipe

- 1 1/2 c. dairy eggnog
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. light rum
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Assorted fruit dippers (sliced apples, strawberry, cantelope chunks, pear slices)
Directions

1In medium saucepan, combine eggnog and cornstarch.

2Cook and stir over medium heat till thick and bubbly.

3Cook for two or possibly three min.

4Remove from heat.

5Cover with plastic wrap and cold.

6Whip cream and sugar till peaks form.

7Fold whipped cream, lowfat sour cream and rum into cooled eggnog mix.

8Refrigeratefor several hrs or possibly overnight.

9Serve with fruit.
