- 2 12 cups sugar
- 12 cup butter
- 23 cup eggnog
- 2 cups marshmallow cream (7 oz jar)
- 8 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled
- 34 teaspoon rum extract
- 34 cup chopped pecans
- 34 cup chopped maraschino cherry
Directions

1Line a 9 inch square pan with foil so foil hangs over the sides; butter foil.

2Mix together sugar, butter and egg nog in a large saucepan.

3Bring to a boil,stirring constantly.

4Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.

5Remove from heat.

6Add marshmallow cream, chocolate and extract stirring until smooth.

7Stir in nuts and cherries.

8Spread evenly in prepared pan.

9Chill 1 hour or until set.

10Lift foil from pan and remove fudge.

11Cut into squares.

12Store in fridge.
