- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons rum extract
Directions

1In a large bowl combine: flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon & nutmeg.

2In another bowl beat the eggs, eggnog, sugar, butter & extracts; stir into dry ingredients until moistened.

3Pour into 3 greased 5 3/4 in x 3in x 2in loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
