- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. eggnog
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Directions

1Cream butter and shortening.

2Gradually add sugar.

3Beat well. Add eggs beating after each addition.

4Add flour to creamed mixture alternately with eggnog mix until blended.

5Stir in flavorings.

6Pour into a greased Bundt cake pan.

7Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

8Cool in pan 10 minutes.

9Remove.

10One cup of chopped pecans or walnuts can be added if desired.
