- 1 eggplant, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute eggplant and onion in large skillet until tender.

2Stir in tomato sauce, cottage cheese, tomatoes, marjoram and pepper. Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
