  • 1 large eggplant, peeled and sliced thin
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can pizza sauce
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • sliced or grated cheese (Mozzarella)
  • sliced mushrooms

Directions
