- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Layer the vegetables in a greased 2-quart casserole.

2Combine the sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Accent; sprinkle dry ingredients over each layer.

3Put Mozzarella cheese over top.

4Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
