- 1 medium eggplant, cubed
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Using large skillet, cook eggplant, tomato, pepper and onion in butter until tender.

2Combine chili sauce and water.
