- 2 small eggplants
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Peel, boil and mash eggplants; drain.

2Cook meat until done and drain.

3Next saute onions and bell pepper and drain.

4Combine all ingredients and put in 2 (9 x 13-inch) casserole dishes.

5Put in 350° oven and heat thoroughly.
