- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 16 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 16 oz. pkg. Parmesan cheese

1Grease large casserole dish.

2Slice eggplant thin.

3Do same to onion.

4Alternate eggplant, tomato sauce and cheese in layers until all ingredients are gone.

5Bake in 350° oven for about 45 minutes.

6Recipe will make a large casserole.
