  • 1 c. cauliflower (small segment)
  • 1 c. white distilled vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 small hot peppers, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil

Directions

    Peel eggplant and cut into narrow strips.

    Combine water and vinegar.

    Bring to boil.

    Boil cauliflower 1 minute.

    Take out with spoon to drain.

    Boil eggplant 1 minute and drain.
