  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 cup Ground Turkey Meat
  • 1 jar (24 Oz. Jar) Regular Pasta Tomato Sauce, Whatever Flavoring You Like
  • 3 cups Freshly Grated Mozzarella
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • Salt To Taste

    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. 2.

    Slice the eggplant horizontally very thinly.

    Salt it well and let it sit in the salt for 45 minutes, or until it weeps.

    Pat it dry with paper towels and layer it into a large baking dish until the bottom is covered.
