  • 13 pound ground pork
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
  • 4 each scallions, spring or green onions finely chopped
  • 2 pints oysters shucked
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 each onions chopped
  • 8 each mushrooms chopped
  • 1 each sweet red bell peppers diced
  • 1 tablespoon pineapple crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

    In food processor combine pork, soy, scallions oysters, lemon juice and sherry.

    Heat vegtablbe oil in wok or fry pan.

    Add pork mixture, onions, mushrooms, pepper, red pepper, stir fry 1 to 2 min, add pineapple and reserved liquid.

    Continue cooking 1 min.

    Drizzle on sesame oil.

    Cool and make egg rolls
