  • 2 teaspoons white rice
  • 1/3 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/3 pepper jack cheese
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic powder

    Cook white rice for 10 mins.

    Chop chicken breast into small squares

    Deep fry chicken breast (no breading)

    Cut pepper jack cheese into small squares.

    Place chicken, rice, cheese, garlic powder and pepper on eggroll wrap
  6. 6
    Add egg wash to all for corners of egg roll wrap.
  7. 7
    Tuck the sides, fold the closest corner near you over the sides and roll.

    Place egg wash over corner on outside.

    Deep fry for about 30 secs or until prefered crispyness.

    Let cool, and enjoy!!!
