- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 roll crescent dinner rolls
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Brown sausage in skillet. Drain fat. Place crescent rolls at the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.

3Press edges together. Beat together the eggs as you would for scrambled eggs. Spread sausage over rolls. Spread cheese over sausage.

4Pour beaten eggs over sausage and cheese.

5Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
