    small sauce pan melt 1/4 cup butter low heat.

    small mixing bowl blend 2 egg yokes.

    add 1 table spoon milk to yokes.

    add juice of 1/2 a lemmon to yokes.

    add 1 teaspoon cyane pepper to yokes.

    fill egg poacher with water as manufactures directions.
