- 3/4 stick melted butter
- 10 slices white bread, chunks
- 12 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Put bread and cheese in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.

2Pour butter on this, then egg mixture. Refrigerate 1 or 2 days.

3Before baking add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can milk, mixed. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°, uncovered.
