- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. milk
- 6 medium eggs
- 1 c. diced, precooked ham
- 1 large ripe tomato, cut into wedges
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Beat cream cheese until fluffy in large mixing bowl.

2Slowly beat in milk until well blended.

3Beat in eggs.

4Stir in ham, tomato, salt and pepper.

5Place butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Heat on Full power for 30 to 60 seconds or until melted.

6Add egg mixture.
-
7Cook on Full power for 8 to 10 1/2 minutes or until eggs are set, yet still moist.

8Stir 2 or 3 times during cooking time.

9Makes 4 servings.
