   Cut centers from bread with cutter.

   Toast cut-out.

   Beat egg with milk.

   Add salt and pepper.

   Melt butter in skillet.

   Place bread in; brown lightly.

   Pour egg mixture into cutout part. Cover; cook until egg is set.

   Serve with toasted cut-out.
